All products sold on My E-Book Shop are digital products. This includes, but is not limited to, e-books, downloadable documents, educational materials, and online learning resources.
No physical goods are sold or shipped through this website.
Delivery Method
Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered electronically through one or more of the following methods:
- Instant download via the website
- Download link sent to the customer’s registered email address
- Access provided through a user account or secure platform
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and accessible.
No Physical Shipping
As all products are delivered digitally:
- No shipping, postage, or handling fees apply
- No physical delivery or courier service is involved
- No shipping address is required during checkout
Access Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
- Ensure they have compatible devices and software to access the digital products
- Download and securely store purchased files
- Maintain access to the email account or platform used for delivery
My E-Book Shop is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical limitations on the customer’s side.
Delivery Issues
If a customer does not receive access to their digital product within a reasonable time after payment, they must contact our support team for assistance:

No Returns Due to Digital Nature
